We have been learning /reviewing 'er' verbs in the present tense.  In doing so, we have a rap to remind us of the endings we need to put on the root of the verb that corresponds to the subject.

For example, if the verb was MARCHER (to walk), and we wanted to say 'I walk', we remove (enlève) the 'er' and put an 'e' at the end, to then end up with je marche.

Our next undertaking will be to learn about other types of verbs and how to conjugate them. This will help us in our upcoming writing projects!

We are starting some new writing projects this week.  The first one is 'Je me présente' (I present myself).  We will be writing a rough copy in our 'cahier' (workbook) using a template and dictionaries to complete the required information. After editing, proofreading and writing up a good copy, they will be ready to present in class.

Last week we did peer evaluation of our Les trois petits cochons plays, and those evalutations are in our 'chemises' (folders) according to the character we portrayed in the respective plays.

These will come in handy when we present our ' je me présente' !
